Some types of idler rollers are used to absorb the pressure received by the conveyor belt, assist in carrying the conveyor belt, and make sure the conveyor belt is in the right position.
TROUGH IDLER
The type of idler that we often encounter is the trough idler, where the trough idler is usually designed to consist of 3 to 5 heavy duty roller conveyors to give shape to the conveyor belt so that the conveyor belt can later accommodate more material to be moved.
FLAT RETURN IDLER
Flat return idler is an idler that is very often used at the bottom of the frame belt conveyor so that the position of the conveyor belt does not hang after moving material.
IMPACT IDLER
Impact idler is an idler design that is indeed used for places on a conveyor belt that receives a lot of pressure, where the conveyor belt will receive pressure from the material dropped on the conveyor belt continuously, especially at the primary crusher plant.
IDLER RETURN TRAINING
The return idler training serves to determine the position of the conveyor belt so that if the position of the conveyor belt is tilted it can later return to the correct position and can confirm that the conveyor belt will not come out of the pulley drum conveyor.
